ESPlannerBASIC - ContinuedNext, input information about your Housing. This requires two pictures to show the inputs.
Now enter Special Expenses.
Enter Other Income. This requires two pictures to show input fields.
We are closing in on the final inputs. Enter Social Security information. You will need your Social Security Statement to enter your estimated benefit.
Finally, enter your Assumptions for the future. This takes two pictures. Select the Planning Method and click the "Create Plan" link and you will see your plan.
ESPlannerBASIC will calculate your plan, present an Overview of the plan, and allow you to view the Annual Results and the Annual Details. There are several tabs on each of these pages so make certain to click through each one. A drawback to using ESPlannerBASIC is you cannot save your work longer than 24 hours so plan the time to use it and prepare your input ahead of time. I found that if I stayed on the website, I could stay on for a few days and try various planning scenarios. The good news - you can print, email the data to yourself, or export the data in Excel format so you have a record of your plan. You can try various scenarios and save them to compare later. You can print or email the Overview page as shown.
On the Annual Results page, you can export, print, or email the results. When you are on this page, make certain to view all the tabs across the top of the page.
You can also export, print, or email the information on the Annual Details page. Check the tabs on this page as well.
I highly recommend this free planner. It is the best and most complete free planner on the Internet. Remember - if you like using this free planner, you can purchase ESPlanner or ESPlannerPLUS to create more detailed financial plans for your future. You can save these plans and do "what if" comparisons to evaluate actions to raise your standard of living. Go to the ESPlannerBASIC website and get started now or purchase ESPlanner. |
